I support higher-education institutions and public-sector organizations in adopting AI in ways that are responsible, evidence-based and human-centred. This work rests on two foundations: my academic research on human-computer interaction and AI in education, and the applied experience I have gained since 2020 in national-scale programmes at the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Youth and Sports. I approach AI transformation not as a purely technical rollout but as a multi-layered process in which strategy, capability and institutional culture feed one another.

Areas of work

AI transformation and governance

Institutional AI strategy, adoption roadmaps and change management; responsible AI principles, governance frameworks and academic integrity policies.

AI literacy and capacity building

Training programmes and curriculum design for faculty, staff and public-sector teams; embedding generative AI into everyday workflows responsibly.

Human-centred AI and research support

Evidence on how people actually use AI; translating research findings on hybrid intelligence, human agency and AI anxiety into institutional decisions; impact evaluation and measurement instruments.

Public sector and youth programmes

National-scale programme design, digital verification and information disorder training, multi-stakeholder collaboration.

How I work

I work as an external expert, advisor or trainer, in flexible formats ranging from one-off assessments to longer-term programmes. Every collaboration takes shape around the institution's own context and needs; the first step is therefore always a short introductory call.
